I want you to be stoked with your investment and purchasing eyewear online can be sketchy.  A lifetime warranty on the frame is provided. Just send in the damaged frame. A two year scratch warranty is provided on the lens and is based on normal wear, not abuse. A free remake on the prescription can be done on the lens within three months of purchasing the lens. The original lens have to be returned for credit. To start a claim, please send a picture of the defect along with proof of purchase to info@orsoneyewear.com.
