The frame ships free and includes a prepaid return label.  If you decide to return the frame and use the prepaid label, your refund will be credited less a flat $7 fee.  The lens will ship free and be insured should any mishap occur during the shipping process.  Please allow for 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed and about 10 business days transit time.
