If a return happens because an RX is wrong, we will facilitate your return and refill the prescription. We cannot accept returns on prescription eyewear.

Yes, you can buy just the frame as the frame will come with acrylic transparent lens
I am currently sourcing the best performance Plano (non Rx) lens and will provide nonprescription glasses in the near future.
You will need your most current eye prescription that includes the PD or pupillary distance. Most eye prescriptions do not include your PD so please ensure that your optometrist measures your PD and that info is captured on the prescription before uploading it.
Yes, you have the option to submit your prescription later.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process all orders. Once the order is processed, allow for 2-3 weeks for delivery of the lens. Please allow for 1 week for delivery of the frame if ordering separately.
The prescription can be refilled and redone free of charge within 3 months of purchase. Prescription lens cannot be refunded.
